The storeMate Mobile Assistant is an optional component of the storeMate MSE solution. It can be used for partial inspection of a customer's items, for monitoring the self-scanning system status, and for monitoring the status of the storeMate Self-Payment checkouts.

The storeMate Mobile Assistant can be used for partial inspection of the customer's items. This is especially useful when the storeMate Self-Payment solution is used. The procedure is equal to that on the customer scanner.

The storeMate Mobile Assistant can be used for monitoring the state of the self-scanning system, in addition to the system monitoring application. It allows for a quick overview of the filling levels of the entrance and exit units, as well as a system overview showing on-line statistics and system usage.
