The web-based monitoring and maintenance tools provide a rich set of features for maintaining the storeMate MSE system. It allows configuration of every aspect of the self-scanning system, including general system settings, rescan settings and hardware configuration.

A reserved alert area on top of the screen shows the current system alerts, drawing attention regardless of what page is currently viewed. Detailed information on the alert can be accessed by clicking the icon, which will start the corresponding monitoring page.
